2014 – Notes of dried apricot on the nose with a hint of brioche and toasted almond, a long creamy, rich, rounded mouthfeel, finishing with citrus and minerality.

2015 – Lemon notes with toasted almond cake on the nose lead to a creamy palate of pear and green apple, offering a lingering and crisp finish.

2016 – Dried stone fruit aromatics introduce creamy pineapple upside down cake notes, finishing refreshingly with citrus and minerality.
